In this sample, the TIBCO StreamBase® Adapter for WITS works to read data from a serial comm port based on the WITS data standard.
A running WITS serial comm must be available for these samples to run against.
A standard WITS dictionary file is included with the sample, which will be able to parse the standard 1–25 record types from the WITS Specification. If the system you are connecting to requires non-standard parsing, please see the WITS adapter documentation on how to create or modify the dictionary to handle those.
Before running the samples, open the supplied sbd.sbconf
and edit your applicable parameters for your WITS comm port and dictionary.
